# **Ab wann gilt die E-Rechnungspflicht für Sie?**

## **Ausnahmen, auch wenn die Pflicht für Sie gilt**

- Kleinbetragsrechnungen bis 250 € brutto
- Fahrausweise
- Steuerfreie Umsätze nach § 4 Nr. 8 bis 29 UStG, etwa ärztliche Heilbehandlungen oder die steuerfreie Vermietung von Grundstücken
