The numbers come from independent studies, not from advertising. Which topics fit you, we decide in the intro call. 1. **−40 %** time on writing ### **Emails, quotes and reports** First drafts in minutes instead of an hour. You give key points and tone, the AI writes, you check and send. In an MIT study, professionals needed 40 percent less time for writing tasks, and quality rose by 18 percent. In a study with more than 5,000 support agents, productivity rose by 14 percent, and by 34 percent for new staff. We clarify who takes part, which programs you use and what is allowed. Everyone names a task in advance that keeps annoying them. 2. **2**### **Basics and checking** How AI works, where it is good and where it gets things wrong. We build in a mistake on purpose for your team to find. That way everyone learns to check results. 3. **3**### **Your tasks** Everyone works on their own task on their own laptop. We go from desk to desk and help until it works. 4. **4**### **Live build** If time allows, we automate one of the tasks on the spot. You see what is possible beyond the chat window. ## **What you take home** - ### **Personal prompt collection** For every participant, the templates that worked in the workshop, ready to reuse. - ### **Draft AI policy** Which tools are allowed, which data may go in and who checks results. A template you adapt to your company. - ### **Record for the AI Act** Date, topics and participants, as proof of your AI literacy measures. ## **What AI cannot do for you** AI is not equally good at everything. On a task beyond its strengths, consultants using AI were 19 percentage points less likely to be right than those without. That is why we also tell you where it does not pay off. First the process, then the AI. ## **Data protection** With a private chatbot account, company data ends up with the provider. Business accounts with a data processing agreement or models on your own hardware solve this. We show which option fits which data. ## **EU AI Act** Since February 2025, the AI Act requires companies that use AI to promote the AI literacy of their staff. Since July 2026 it is clear that no particular level has to be guaranteed. No certificate is required, but documenting the measures makes sense. You get that documentation. Important: the workshop is not legal advice.
