# **When does the e-invoicing mandate apply to you?**

## **Exceptions, even if the mandate applies to you**

- Small-amount invoices up to €250 gross
- Travel tickets
- Tax-exempt supplies under § 4 Nr. 8 to 29 UStG, such as medical treatment or tax-exempt letting of property
