We tell you what to do by when and add e-invoicing to your software. [Ask about e-invoicing](https://fh-softdev.de/en/contact#booking) ## **The deadlines** 1. **January 1, 2025** All companies must be able to receive and process e-invoices. 2. **January 1, 2027** Companies with more than €800,000 prior-year revenue must issue e-invoices. 3. **January 1, 2028** The obligation to issue applies to all companies. A PDF invoice sent by email is not an e-invoice. The law means structured formats such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. ### **When does the mandate apply to you?** Five questions, instant result. No sign-up. ZUGFeRD is validated with veraPDF and the official EN 16931 rules. jasyPDF already runs in production software, the release candidate follows at the end of 2026. The code is public, so you can see for yourself how carefully we work.
