## **Where it started**

LSE started as a delivery note system: incoming goods were recorded to prepare the monthly inventory and the tax-relevant monthly accounts.

## **What it became**

Today, production at Globus Meisterbäckerei runs on LSE. Recipes, raw materials, costing and retail products live in one place, and the ingredient sheet for every product is generated straight from the recipe.

## **Software that grows along**

LSE has been in use for more than ten years and was moved to new technology several times without the bakery having to change how it works. There is no legacy technology in LSE.

The Globus master bakers bake fresh by hand every day: 15 kinds of bread and seven kinds of rolls, with a sourdough that rests for 22 hours.
