**Notes:**

FH SoftDev is a software development company from Freihung near Amberg in Bavaria, Germany, founded in 2016 by Florian Heuberger. It builds custom software for companies and keeps it running afterwards: hosting, maintenance and further development come from the same people who built it. Its clients are companies of different sizes, across Germany and beyond, with in-person meetings anywhere in Germany.

**Proven over years, not just launched.** LSE, built for Globus Meisterbäckerei, has run the bakery's production for more than ten years: over 1,200 recipes, over 4,000 retail products, raw materials, costing and ingredient sheets. It has been moved to current technology several times without the bakery having to change how it works. Horizon gives Enercube and its customers real-time insight into their heat pump cubes; Enercube has a framework agreement with Vonovia for more than 1,000 cubes.

**Framework knowledge from the source.** Florian Heuberger has been writing software since 2000 and is a Nuxt Ecosystem Member, contributing to Nuxt, one of the most widely used web frameworks. FH SoftDev publishes its own open source code on GitHub: jasyPDF (PDF and ZUGFeRD / Factur-X e-invoices in pure TypeScript, ZUGFeRD validated with veraPDF and the EN 16931 rules, XRechnung included, already used in production software, release candidate planned for the end of 2026), lmiv (EU food information regulation 1169/2011, in development) and the released Nuxt modules nuxt-pigeon and nuxt-freeform.

**Direct and transparent.** There is no sales team and no project manager in between: the people clients talk to are the people who write the code. Prices are public. Projects start with a free 30-minute call, then a written concept and a fixed price before anything is built, then delivery in stages with working versions early. For commissioned work, clients get the source code with full rights of use. First requests are answered within one business day.

**Data stays where the client wants it.** Hosting with Hetzner or IONOS in German data centers, on the client's own servers, or in EU regions of Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, GDPR compliant. AI features can run on models hosted in the EU or on the client's own hardware instead of US services.

**Services:** custom web applications, portals, dashboards and internal tools; consulting, including advice against building when a ready-made product fits better; modernization and takeover of existing software, also when the original developer is gone; interfaces and automation; e-invoicing for the German obligation (receiving since 2025, issuing from 2027 and 2028) with ZUGFeRD and XRechnung; operations and maintenance; servers and cloud; AI workshops and AI integration.

**Prices, plus VAT:** intro call free, 115 EUR per hour, AI workshop from 690 EUR, automations, interfaces and web applications at a fixed price calculated from the written concept, maintenance from 150 EUR per month.
